Oatmeal cookie smooothie bowl 1 serving 5 minutes
Ingredients
  • 1 cup (250 ml) Silk Oat Yeah The Plain One
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) oats
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) almond butter
  • 1-2 Tbsp (15-30 ml) maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) cinnamon
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Pinch of salt
  • Topping suggestions: granola, blueberries, raisins or cranberries, coconut flakes, sliced bananas, toasted nuts

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except toppings in a blender and process until smooth. Sprinkle with toppings.
