Salted caramel mocha 10 minutes1 serving
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Silk Oat Yeah The Chocolate One
  • 1-2 shots espresso (or 2-4 Tbsp [30-60 ml] strong black coffee)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) caramel flavoured syrup, divided (Found in the grocery store coffee aisle)
  • Regular or non-dairy whipped cream
  • 1/8 tsp (1/2 ml) sea salt for garnish

Combine Silk, espresso (or coffee), salt and 1 Tbsp (15 ml) caramel syrup in a saucepan and heat just until warm.

Remove from heat and pour into a warm mug.

Top with whipped cream, remaining caramel syrup and sea salt.
