Creamy mashed potatoes 20 minutes6 servings 10 minutes
  • 8 russet potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup OIKOS 0% greek yogurt
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 3-4 sprigs of chive, chopped

In a saucepan of salted water, cook the potatoes and garlic until tender, approximately 15-20 minutes. Drain.

With a potato masher, crush the potatoes and garlic with the olive oil. Add the yogurt, salt, pepper and chives. Mix for a few more seconds, and its ready!
